Hey guys, so I feel like the only way for me to get on track, is to plan my meals the day before. I feel like it’s the only way I can stick to eating right and exercising.
Breakfast: Satsuma(50 cal) and Water+vitamins for the day
Lunch: Chef Boyardee Ravioli Bowl-210 calories
Snack: Haven’t decided yet!
Dinner: Chicken breast-lightly seasoned, with a side of broccoli
Back on track, and loving it :)

(im lossing the fat under my man boods, im also losing my man boobs to, im building muscle and burning fat at the same time so its hard to see huge improvements
GOAL WEIGHT for end of november: 190 ..Current weight:210
A little about me: My name is Marco Sandoval and im 18 years old, some months ago i was in shape and almost had a six pack, today you cant even see one pack and only see a few cuts on my body. i choose today to change myself for the better. i accept myself and love myself but i just want to be more healthy, i could care less about what people think about me or how they judge me.
What i did today: Ran a mile, and did 2 miles on the elliptical, burend about 320 calories doing those, then i work out my legs quads and hams. and i did 100 sit ups, i drank water throughout the whole day, i had 8 cups+, There is so much stuff to eat its so tempting but i have to stay focus and stay on track, no junk food for me my goal is to burn more calories then i take in, “if you dont need it dont eat it”. i feel lighter and feel like i can exercise more.
Still hadn’t had any soda or fast food or junk food, im on track.
Interval training: i jogged at around 4Mph and i sprinted at 9-10 mph, surprising,my heart making me burn fat faster.is is my body and ill change it if i want. im only trying to do the right thing!! :D
Progress: lost a good 18 pounds healthy, im eating right, and im drinking right, and im working out right!!!!
ITS ONLY MONTH ONE little improvement, but there is slight change, but i will keep strong and motivated and try to do the right thing, this is my goal to get healthy not to hit a certain weight, just to get healthy, join me if you want, im here for help and motivation im here for anyone!
